We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tyler Childers official merchandise, which is why we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 7-10 business days.
